Consulting engagements

Prove governed AI in your ERP before anyone signs a platform contract.

Fixed-scope engagements that run inside your cloud tenancy, produce artifacts your controls team can review, and end with a decision gate — deploy the platform, extend with a next phase, or walk away clean with the work you paid for.

The honest procurement story

Your CIO approves engagements. Your CFO approves platforms.

Enterprise procurement approves assessments, pilots, and structured reviews in weeks. New platforms take quarters — a champion, a business case, an integration plan, a security review, a compliance review, and a deployment window. The gap between the two is real, and waiting through it burns the opportunity window.

ETSquare engagements are the shorter path. A 2-to-8-week engagement runs inside your cloud tenancy, produces named artifacts your controls team can review, and ends with a decision gate. Either way, you get a real answer in a real quarter — not a 12-month platform evaluation cycle.

Engagements

Four fixed-scope entry points.

Each engagement has named deliverables, a fixed timeline, and an explicit decision gate. Pricing is scoped per engagement based on your environment and objectives.

2 weeks

Sandbox Exploration

Scope
  • Read-only weekly clone of your ERP schema
  • Semantic-layer demo against your business terms
  • 3-5 example business questions run through governed SQL
Deliverables
  • Sandbox environment in your cloud tenancy
  • Example queries with audit traces
  • Control-boundary documentation
For

Teams evaluating whether governed AI can safely run against their ERP estate.

4 weeks

ERP + AI Readiness Assessment

Scope
  • Estate-wide review of your ERP customization surface
  • Risk and opportunity mapping across business areas
  • Control-boundary and SoD constraint analysis
Deliverables
  • Readiness report with prioritized opportunity map
  • Control-boundary model for your environment
  • 12-month adoption roadmap
For

CIOs and VP IT needing a controlled approach before AI touches production ERP.

6 weeks

Governed Query Pilot

Scope
  • 10-20 real business questions from your finance or operations team
  • Role-scoped access with deterministic SQL generation
  • Audit traces on every query answer
Deliverables
  • Live query library bound to your ERP schema
  • Semantic mappings from business language to tables
  • Access-control model and pilot evaluation report
For

Finance and operations leaders burned by ad-hoc ERP reports or shadow Excel workflows.

8 weeks

Customization Governance Review

Scope
  • Full inventory of your custom ERP objects and extensions
  • Change-impact analysis with dependency graph
  • Delivery traceability and SoD boundary review
Deliverables
  • Customization inventory with dependency visualization
  • Governance gap report with remediation plan
  • Audit evidence template for control reviews
For

Delivery teams preparing for ERP upgrades, external audits, or consolidation events.

Engagement rhythm

Scoped, delivered, and decided — never open-ended.

01
Scope

30-min call to confirm fit. We issue a fixed-price SOW within 48 hours.

02
Engage

Run inside your cloud tenancy. Weekly checkpoints with your team and sponsor.

03
Deliver

Named artifacts at the end of every engagement — governed queries, semantic mappings, reports. Not slideware.

04
Decide

Adopt ETSquare for production. Extend with a fixed next phase. Or walk away with what you paid for. Your call.

Deliverables

Product-shaped artifacts, not slideware.

What you buy as an engagement deliverable becomes operating infrastructure if you adopt the platform. The same artifact your team runs against your ERP on Monday is the same artifact that slots into ETSquare deployment on the first day of production.

Typical engagement output
  • Governed query definitions with audit traces
  • Semantic mappings from business language to ERP schema
  • Role and SoD boundary models
  • Customization dependency and impact graphs
  • Readiness reports and remediation plans
  • Sandbox environments in your cloud tenancy
Capacity

2-3 engagements per quarter.

We cap concurrent engagements to protect depth and response time. Scoping conversations typically start 4-6 weeks before kick-off. Reach out sooner for later quarters.

Common questions
How is this different from a PwC or Accenture engagement?

Fixed scope, fixed timeline, and deliverables you can run on Day 2. Named artifacts — governed queries, semantic mappings, control models — not a slide deck with recommendations. Led by the team that builds the ETSquare platform, not a rotating consulting bench.

Who owns the artifacts we produce?

You do. Every artifact delivered in an engagement is yours to keep, regardless of whether you adopt the ETSquare platform. The IP in the underlying platform (deterministic pipeline, governance primitives) stays with ETSquare.

What if we decide not to adopt the platform after the engagement?

You keep the artifacts, a clear understanding of what governed AI can and cannot do in your environment, and no ongoing commitment. Engagements are designed to produce value whether or not you deploy the platform.

Remote or on-site?

Remote by default. We engage on-site for specific moments — sponsor kickoff, executive readouts — if your team prefers. The sandbox and weekly checkpoints run remote regardless.

What legal framework do you work under?

Standard enterprise MSA + engagement-specific SOW. We can accept your paper or provide ours. NDAs signed before any scoping call.

Next step

Start a 30-minute scoping call.

No slide deck. We’ll ask about your ERP environment, your current AI ambitions, your control obligations, and what “success” would look like in 12 weeks. We’ll tell you which engagement fits, how we’d scope it, and whether we think we can actually help.
